Lauren Fox has over a decade of experience in client care and service within the veterinary industry. Currently serving as the Director of Client Care at Central Texas Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital since September 2016, Lauren has played a pivotal role in enhancing client interactions and support. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Client Services at Pinballz from June 2023 to September 2024, and served as a Human Resources Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes working as a Receptionist at Lake Austin Blvd Animal Hospital from 2008 to September 2016, where foundational skills in client engagement were developed.
