Gabriel Ornelas has over a decade of experience in the food service and document management sectors. Currently serving as Sort Manager and previously as Product Recovery Manager at Central Texas Food Bank since November 2013, Gabriel has demonstrated expertise in food sorting and resource recovery. Prior to this role, Gabriel worked at Cintas Document Management from July 2007 to October 2013 as a Security Service Representative, showcasing a strong background in security and document handling.
