Hisham El Hadi-Drunat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hisham started their career in 2009 as a Marketing Intern at CMA CGM. In 2011, they interned as a Sales Assistant at Sanofi. Hisham then worked as a Key Account Manager Assistant at Kantar in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Customer Service Representative at Sanofi. In 2015, they became a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Plus de Bulles. Hisham then joined Le 153 in 2017 as a Commercial Manager, where they stayed until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Key Account Manager and Head of Key Accounts & Partnerships EMEA at Central Test, starting in 2020.

Hisham El Hadi-Drunat completed a Master's degree in International Business Management at ISC Paris from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they also attended the Wine & Spirit Education Trust but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
