Sandy Neal is currently the Regional Director of Utility Acquisitions at Central States Water Resources, where they direct the utility acquisition strategy to acquire new water and wastewater utilities. Prior to this, they served as the President at Alliance Water Resources for 17 years before retiring. Sandy also has experience as the Executive Director at Missouri CASA Association and as the Assistant Director of Human Resource Services at the University of Missouri-Columbia. They hold a BS degree from William Woods University.
