Karen Introcaso is a seasoned financial executive with extensive leadership experience in the credit union sector. Currently serving as Co-Interim CEO at Central State Credit Union since March 2023, Karen has previously held the position of President/CEO at Kaiperm Diablo Federal Credit Union from February 2017 until January 2023. Earlier roles include Area Manager at San Francisco Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included overseeing four branches, and Vice President of Lending at UNCLE Credit Union. Karen's career began at Spectrum Federal Credit Union, where a tenure from December 1996 to March 2012 culminated in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Karen holds educational credentials from Miami Dade College and Barry University.
