Cynthia Su has a diverse professional background in training, organizational development, and social work. Currently serving as Front Desk Staff at Central Rock Gym, Cynthia manages front desk operations and orients new climbers. At Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, Cynthia held several leadership roles, culminating in the position of Associate Director of Training and Organizational Development, overseeing a team and leading various employee engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Permanency Specialist at Becket Family of Services and Coordinator at the Massachusetts Women of Color Network, showcasing capabilities in therapy, community collaboration, and event planning. With a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Salem State University, Cynthia has extensive experience in counseling and training across different environments, including internships in educational and community settings.
