Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university instructor in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
