Javier Torre is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles and industries. Since March 2016, Javier has served as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Central Puerto S.A. and Grupo Sadesa while concurrently teaching "Practica Profesional" at Universidad del Salvador since June 2007. Previous experience includes HR Manager at LyondellBasell, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations and recruitment, and a significant tenure at ExxonMobil, holding various HR-focused positions including Campana Refinery HR Manager and Performance Support Manager for Argentina & Paraguay. Early career experiences include roles at Deutsche Bank AG as HR Coordinator. Javier holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed postgraduate studies in Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and University of Buenos Aires.
