Rainelle Manners-Salas, MPA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rainelle Manners-Salas, MPA holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration/Public Management, which they obtained from Marist College from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary- Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo between 1993 and 1997. In addition to their academic achievements, Rainelle also obtained a Quality Service Skills - Coaching Certification in 2000.
