Paul Yonamine has a notable career in banking and advisory roles, currently serving as Chairman Emeritus and Board Member of Central Pacific Financial Corp. and Central Pacific Bank, alongside positions on the boards of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Seven & i Holdings, and PayPay Corporation. As Special Advisor to the Governor of Hawaii, Paul Yonamine focuses on economic development and Japan-related matters. Previous leadership experiences include roles as Chairman of GCA Corporation and Country General Manager of IBM Japan, as well as President and CEO of HITACHI Consulting Co., Ltd. Paul Yonamine began academic pursuits at St. Mary's International School in Japan and obtained a BS in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
