Stephanie Trexler, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in creating and leading HR departments. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Central Oregon Pediatric Associates since 2017, Stephanie has successfully implemented HR best practices and policies that align with the organization’s culture. Previously, from 1998 to 2016, Stephanie held multiple roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, including District Management, Training, and Operations Project Manager, where attention to employee engagement and talent development played a central role in driving business success. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University at Albany.
