Laurel Raschick is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as a Patient Operations Specialist at Central Oregon Pediatric Associates since November 2021, Laurel previously held various roles at Alaskan Dream Cruises, progressing from Shore Support/Retail to Reservations Specialist, and ultimately to Reservations Manager between May 2016 and July 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Interlibrary Loan Student Assistant at Drew University and as a Front Desk Clerk at the Westmark Sitka Hotel. Laurel holds a Bachelor's degree in English, specializing in Communications and Media, from Drew University, completed in 2017.
