Helen Paniagua has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Helen most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Central Neighborhood Health Foundation starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from August 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Central Neighborhood Health Foundation, Helen was an HR Manager at Healing Care Hospice from October 2017 to July 2021. Helen also gained experience as an HR Generalist at Cinepolis USA from January 2017 to October 2017, where they later served as an Assistant General Manager from August 2015 to January 2017 and as a Theater Supervisor from December 2013 to August 2015. Helen's previous roles include being an Assistant Manager at UC San Diego Box Office from November 2009 to November 2013, a Special Access Credentials Assistant at Comic-Con International in June 2013, and a Programming and Development Coordinator at the University Events Office at UC San Diego from June 2012 to October 2012.

Helen Paniagua obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from UC San Diego from 2008 to 2013.
