Carol Shibles began their work experience in 1975 at New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc. and NHBB, where they held a role in Engineering and Management. In 1990, they joined Central Metal Finishing Inc. as President and also became President of The Family Tree Child Care Center in Pepperell, MA. Carol has since held the position of President at both companies.
