Jayme Holland currently serves as the PMO Manager for the Grid Model Enhancement Project at Central, a position held since April 2023. Holland has an extensive background at AVANGRID, Inc., having held roles such as Manager of Customer Service Quality since January 2018 and Manager of Customer Escalations, managing regulatory complaints across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as Project Management Office Lead for the Grid Model Enhancement Project at Central Maine Power Company and as Manager of Products and Programs at MEP MSI. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Maine, along with ongoing studies in a Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
