Joe Hally has extensive experience in regulatory and financial affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Central Hudson since August 2004. Previous roles at Central Hudson include Manager of Regulatory Affairs, Energy Transformation & Solutions, Finance & Planning and Strategy, as well as Director of Strategic Planning and Treasury Services, and Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Finance & Planning Analyst at Orange & Rockland Utilities from June 2001 to August 2004 and participating in the Gold Program at Consolidated Edison from July 2000 to June 2001. Joe Hally holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance, both from the University at Albany.
