Will Swope has extensive experience in data engineering and analysis within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Data Engineer and Senior Data Analyst at Central Health since September 2020, Will has managed the in-house adjudication of healthcare claims, developed standardization pipelines for data science initiatives, and maintained a legacy T-SQL codebase for operational workflows. Prior experience includes roles at Texas Children's Hospital from August 2018 to September 2020, where Will built visualizations, created flowcharting software for financial analysis, and managed process improvement projects. Will's career began at Green Imaging, PLLC, where responsibilities included operations analysis. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and a Certificate in Health Informatics & Health IT from The University of Texas at Austin.
