Dan O'Koniewski has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dan began their career as a Category Manager at PepsiAmericas in 2006 and then worked as a Customer Marketing Manager at Wrigley from 2008 to 2012. Dan then joined Mattel, where they served as Manager, Promotional Planning from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Velocity Snack Brands as the Director of Customer Marketing. In 2021, they joined GT's Living Foods as the Director of Trade Marketing and later moved to their current role as the Director of Sales Capabilities and Communications at Central Garden & Pet in 2022.

Dan O'Koniewski completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2007.
