April Geer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. April'smost recent position was as the Director of Digital Product Management at Central Garden & Pet, where they led a team focused on the stability and growth of distribution ecommerce sites. Prior to this, they held roles as the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and eCommerce, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager at the same company. April also has experience working as the Marketing Director and Senior Brand Manager at In-Shape Health Clubs, and as the Digital Services Director and Digital Services Manager at JStokes Agency. Additionally, they have held positions at Potrero Media Corporation, Wide Idea, Latchkey Alternative Center, and the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. Throughout their career, April has been responsible for various aspects of digital marketing, including website management, ecommerce, digital media, social media, and marketing campaign development. April has also demonstrated expertise in project management, vendor selection, and optimization of marketing technologies.
April Geer obtained a BA degree in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University from 2003 to 2007. April later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Penn State University, which they completed from 2024 to 2027. In addition, they received a certification from Shoptalk in March 2019 and another Shoptalk Retail Education Certificate in March 2022.
