Simone Langley is currently the Credentialing Manager at True Health. Prior to that, they worked for Cayman Islands Health Services Authority from February 2008 to February 2018 as a Collector/Client Biller. In that role, they were responsible for preparing monthly invoices for overseas and local clients, calling insurance companies to obtain patient benefits information, assisting to resolve billing issues for customers through regular inquires, calling owners of delinquent accounts on a monthly and weekly basis to solicit payments, reviewing accounts and submitting to overseas collection agency, updating patient account with insurance details, performing financial assessments, and performing monthly follow up with patients/client regarding payment agreements.

Simone Langley has a Bachelor's degree from the Northen Caribbean University, a certification in Medical Billing and Coding from the AAPC, and they graduated from May Pen High School.

Simone Langley reports to Jeanette Andriola-Carr, Director, Billing & Credentialing.
