Bryce C. Rainey holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Ball State University, completed in 2016. Currently serving as the Permits and Maintenance Compliance Administrator at Central Florida Expressway Authority since February 2022, Bryce oversees a variety of compliance-related tasks including the execution of Temporary Right of Entry & Utility Permits and the Bridge and Sign Inspection program per Florida Department of Transportation standards. Prior experience includes roles at Montgomery Consulting Group as a Construction Engineering Inspector, Harmon Construction as a Project Engineer, and positions in production scheduling, sales, and engineering assistance across various companies. Throughout these roles, Bryce has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
