Spencer Hoskins, P.E. serves as the President of the Eugene Cole R-V School District Board of Directors since April 2016 and previously held the position of Vice President. With extensive experience in the electric power sector, Spencer has worked at Central Electric Power Cooperative since 1997, initially as a Transmission Engineer and currently as the Manager of Engineering - Transmission Line Design. Additionally, Spencer is a Gulf War veteran, having served as an Aircraft Armament Systems Technician for the F-16 Falcon in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1993 during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
