Tom Lapkowicz is an experienced education and insurance professional with a diverse background in both sectors. Since August 2009, Tom has served as an adjunct professor of mathematics at Harrisburg Area Community College. Tom has also been a teacher and football equipment manager at Central Dauphin School District since August 2006. Prior to these roles, Tom was the president of Baldwin Insurance Group from April 1993 to November 2001 and held the position of assistant vice president at Aon from October 1984 to March 1993. Tom holds a BSEd degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania.
