Heather Hunter is an experienced medical social worker currently serving at Central Coast Home Health, Inc. since February 2015. With a robust background in social work, Heather held the position of Social Worker/Discharge Planner at Sutter Health from June 2007 to February 2015, and previously completed internships at John Muir Health and Sutter Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice. Additionally, Heather worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at UCSF Medical Center for over five years, managing clinical research studies related to various cancers. Heather holds a Master of Social Work degree with a health concentration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
