Mickey Esdaile started their work experience in 2009 as a Warehouse Associate at Solvang Antiques, where they were involved in shipping and receiving, event setup, and restorations. In 2012, they joined Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. as a Distribution Lead/Assistant Distribution Manager. Starting in 2013, they volunteered at Wildlife Rescue Center La Marina for a brief period. In 2016, they became an Inventory Lead at Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. and later transitioned to roles including Warehouse Manager, Director of Warehouse Operations, and currently, Vice President of Manufacturing.

Mickey Esdaile attended Midland School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies.
