Jamie Clarke-Twell serves as the Director of Retail and Entertainment for NORJAM 2025 under Norfolk Scouts, a senior voluntary management role focused on retail and entertainment for 6,000 participants. In addition, Jamie leads the transformation of the volunteer experience for The Scout Association in Norfolk and has held various positions at Central England Co-operative since 2009, including Large Store Manager and involvement in a business transformation project team. Experience also includes a role as Group Scout Leader for The Scouts, with responsibilities in strategic growth and volunteer management. Jamie's educational background encompasses certifications in event planning, leadership and management, food safety, and photography, along with numerous NVQs focused on retail management and volunteer leadership.
