Emily Treadwell has work experience as a Teacher at Greengate School for Dyslexia starting in 2016 and ending in 2018. Emily then worked as a Middle School Educator at Kirk Christian Day School from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Emily is the Director of The Learning Center at Central Christian School starting from 2019.

Emily Treadwell attended Samford University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied English Language and Literature. After completing their undergraduate degree, they went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Secondary English Education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, although the exact start and end years for this degree are not provided.
