Ericka Henry is an accomplished leader in ministry and education, currently serving as the Lead Life Group Pastor at Central Christian Church of Arizona since August 2015, where oversight is provided to a small group ministry of approximately 3000 people across five campuses. In previous roles at Central Christian Church, Ericka served as the Mesa Campus Life Group Pastor and Life Group Curriculum Coordinator, contributing significantly to the development of small group resources for a congregation of 10,000 members. In addition to pastoral responsibilities, Ericka is an Adjunct Professor at Hope International University, teaching courses in the School of Advanced Leadership Training. Prior experience includes serving as a Volunteer Coordinator at United Methodist Children's Home, where Ericka implemented volunteer management systems. Ericka holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University.
