Brandon Rivera, MA, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Central Carolina Hospital since May 2021, providing leadership and strategic direction for all HR areas and acting as the Ethics and Compliance Officer. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Assistant HR Director focused on Culture & Employee Experience at Duke Raleigh Hospital, where initiatives enhanced employee engagement and commitment. Additionally, experience at Galloway Ridge at Fearrington involved managing the employee engagement program, while previous roles at Prevention Partners and UNC Health Southeastern centered on health promotion and workplace wellness. Brandon holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication with a focus on Health Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Electronic Media from High Point University.
