Elaina Kim is an accomplished operations and human resources professional with extensive experience in commercial and specialty retail asset management, corporate operations, and development financing. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Central Bethany since April 2019, Elaina leads a multi-family portfolio while overseeing HR policy, corporate communications, and vendor relations. Prior roles include Process Innovation Specialist at Huneed Technologies, where analytical skills were utilized to implement change initiatives, and various marketing positions at Adpearance, where team management and digital marketing strategies were developed.
