Jennie Dillon, PHR, currently serves as the AVP/HR Officer at Central Bank in Houston since July 2015. Prior to this role, Jennie was the Human Resources Manager at Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. from May 2012 to July 2015, and held a similar position at Flotek Industries, Inc. from April 2005 to January 2011, where significant experience was gained in managing HR functions during extensive company growth within the oil and gas sector. Earlier in the career, Jennie worked as a Project Coordinator at Coy Lewis Company from November 1997 to April 2005, providing HR assistance and consulting services to various organizations.
