Dr. Mustafa Abdalla is a seasoned economist with extensive experience at the Central Bank of Sudan since August 2009, currently serving as Senior Researcher-Managing Director and General Manager. In addition, Dr. Abdalla has been the Director of the Central Bank of Sudan Training Centre since September 2022. Previous roles include Economic Expert for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman from November 2017 to December 2020 and Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Khartoum from July 1996 to September 2014. Dr. Abdalla holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Renmin University of China and multiple degrees from the University of Khartoum, highlighting a robust academic foundation in economics.
