Lewis Wandaka is an experienced economist and policy analyst currently serving at the Central Bank of Kenya since August 2015, focusing on economic analysis to aid monetary policy formulation. Previously, Lewis contributed to the development of Kenya's Public Sector Wages and Salaries Reform Strategy and played a key role in drafting the Public Sector Remuneration and Benefits Policy at the Salaries and Remuneration Commission. Earlier roles included providing research support in policy advocacy at the Economic & Social Rights Centre and supporting legislative efforts as a Junior Legislative Fellow with SUNY Kenya. Lewis holds multiple degrees in Economics from the University of Nairobi, including ongoing doctoral studies, as well as a degree in Accounting from Strathmore University.
