Joel M. Mugo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investment Officer focusing on performance and compliance at the Central Bank of Kenya since April 2015, where responsibilities include forex reserves management. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at the Hilde Back Education Fund from September 2012 to April 2015, including Finance & Administration Officer, Finance Assistant, and Intern/Consultant, primarily working in finance and administration.
