FCPA Okello Samuel C.O. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and risk compliance. Currently serving as a Council Member at ICPAK since June 2015, Okello leads the Member Services Committee and participates in the Public Policy and Governance Committee. In addition to this role, Okello has been with the Central Bank of Kenya since October 2008, holding various positions including Manager of Fixed Assets and Compliance and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities involve preparing departmental risk indicators, setting up risk frameworks, and overseeing financial transactions. Prior experience includes significant roles as a Financial and Operational Auditor and Senior Accountant at the University of Nairobi. Okello holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi.
