Saber AlShehabi, MCIPS, is an experienced professional in human resources and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Central Bank of Bahrain since September 2008. In this role, Saber has overseen the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with CBB policies while meeting the technical and delivery specifications necessary for internal stakeholders. Previously, Saber held positions as Senior Buyer and Buyer at the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) from June 1998 to September 2008. Education includes a Masters in Procurement from the University of Glamorgan and various qualifications from the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, London Metropolitan University, and the University of Bahrain.
