Lianna Hovakimyan has worked as a Loan and Deposit Operational Officer at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Central Bank of Armenia as an Assistant Head of the Financial Supervision Department since May 2014.

Lianna Hovakimyan pursued their Bachelor's degree at the French University of Armenia from 2001 to 2006. Lianna then went on to complete their Master of Laws (LLM) at the same university from 2006 to 2007.
