Derrick L. Shearer is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial and consumer banking solutions, relationship management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the 1st Vice President and Branch Manager at Central Bank since May 2021, Derrick has previously held roles as Vice President and Branch Manager at First Citrus Bank from 2005 to 2021, and as Operations Manager and Branch Manager at Wachovia Bank in 2005. Derrick's career began at SouthTrust Bank, where roles included Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Manager from 1996 to 2005. Derrick holds a Certificate of Completion in Banking and Financial Support Services from the American Institute of Banking, with additional education from ASHER Global Leaders in Growth Strategies.
