Jennifer Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career as a Marketing Assistant at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods in October 1994 and later worked as a Custom Home Coordinator in the same company. In 1996, they joined Preston Phillips Architects and Engineers as a Project Assistant until April 1999. Jennifer then moved on to RCLCO in April 2001 as an Associate before transitioning to Central Atlanta Progress in April 2002. At Central Atlanta Progress, they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Vice President of Planning, Vice President of Planning & Economic Development, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer as of January 2022.

Jennifer Ball earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the College of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the years 1990 to 1994. Jennifer later pursued a Master of City Planning degree at the same institute, studying from 1999 to 2001.
