Carson Seelinger serves as the Chief Information Officer at CARTI since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from prior roles, including a consultant position at EDAFIO TECHNOLOGIES, LLC from January 2020 to March 2022 and a project manager role at AT&T from June 2014 to December 2019. At AT&T, Carson managed wireless network deployments across multiple states, overseeing engineering teams and vendors for the implementation of next-generation 5G technology, as well as planning network enhancements for special events. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
