Sabrina Wood currently serves as the Assistant Director at Central AlabamaWorks! since October 2023, where responsibilities include meeting with employers to assess workforce needs and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. Previously, Sabrina worked as the Culture and Leadership Development Coach for Madix, Inc. in Alabama from October 2022 to October 2023, focusing on leadership development at multiple organizational levels. From 2019 to 2022, Sabrina held the position of Education and Marketing Manager at Central AlabamaWorks!, fostering connections between education and industry partners. Earlier experience includes serving as a Facilitator for the Alabama Clean Water Partnership from 2012 to 2018, where meeting coordination and opinion valuation were key contributions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Management from Troy University in Montgomery and an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Business from Central Alabama Community College.
