Kevin Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Kevin has held various leadership roles in different companies, with their most recent position being the Director of Data Services at Central 1 starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product Management at Equifax from 2021 to 2023. Some other notable positions include being a Payments Advisor & Consultant at Argus Information and Advisory Services from 2020 to 2021, and the Head of Strategy, Product, and Partnerships at Uptempo from 2018 to 2019. Kevin also has a strong background in the banking industry, working as a Director of Products & Loyalty, Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending at Scotiabank and as the Head of Credit Card Strategy at Tangerine. Their work at Scotiabank also included roles as a Director of Partnerships and a Senior Manager of Product Development and Product & Loyalty, Credit Cards. Additionally, they gained experience in loyalty programs and customer engagement as the Director of Loyalty, Customer Engagement & Card Marketing at Sears Canada. Kevin's early career includes positions at TD Bank as an Acquisition Manager/Product Manager and Analyst in the Project Management Office, as well as a Business Analyst at Direct Energy.

Kevin Oliver attended Queen's University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree. Kevin studied Political Science, History, and Economics during their time at Queen's University.

Later on, from 2000 to 2002, Kevin pursued their MBA degree at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
