Ryan Lawrence has work experience in two different companies. Ryan started their career in 2006 as a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember in the US Army, where they served until 2010. Since 2016, they have been working at CentraComm as a Network Operations Center Technician. In this role, they are responsible for using monitoring tools to identify and troubleshoot customer devices, providing support and documenting problems for reference and training purposes.

Ryan Lawrence obtained an Associate's degree in Network Security from Rhodes State College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Spencerville High School between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications related to network security and cloud administration. These include the Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) from Juniper Networks in February 2020, the Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional Internet Access (ZCCP-IA) from Zscaler in September 2020, and various Network Security Associate certifications from Fortinet in June 2020. Ryan has also earned several Zscaler certifications including the Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA), Zscaler Certified TAC Associate Private Access (ZCTA-PA), Zscaler Certified TAC Associate Internet Access (ZCTA-IA), and Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator Internet Access (ZCCA-IA) between February and June 2020.
