Stacey Heiling is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Rural Health Initiatives at CentraCare since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stacey held positions at Allina Health as Primary Care Manager for the New Ulm Medical Center and at Carris Health-Redwood as Rehabilitation and Wellness Director, where collaborative transformation management was emphasized. Earlier career experiences include roles as Rehabilitation and Wellness Manager at Redwood Area Hospital, Director of Clinic Operations and Director of Compliance and Program Development for Renville County Hospital and Clinics, and Diabetes Program Coordinator at the same institution. Stacey holds a Healthcare MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Dietetics from St. Catherine University.
