Michelle Jaskolka has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry. In 2010, they joined Fairview Health Services as a Supervisor in the Medical Staff Services department, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they also joined CentraCare and took on roles such as Coordinator, Manager, and later Director in the Palliative Care and Senior Transitions department. In addition to their work at these organizations, they also served as a Board Member and Marketing and Development Committee Chair for LIGHT THE LEGACY.

Michelle Jaskolka holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota. Michelle also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica.
