Darcy Scheffer is an experienced professional in the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Healthcare Recruiter at Centra Healthcare Solutions since April 2019, Darcy previously held roles as a Healthcare Consultant and Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare and Weatherby Locums Inc. from January 2016 to February 2019. Prior to entering healthcare, Darcy was a High School Social Sciences Teacher and the Head Varsity and Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Broward County Public Schools from August 2009 to August 2015, teaching subjects such as Advanced Placement World History and Economics. Additionally, Darcy has contributed to student initiatives and coaching through involvement with Habitat for Humanity and as a travel/club volleyball coach and co-owner of Wildfire Volleyball Academy. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University, obtained in 2010.
