Jayant Gadekar has been working in the IT industry since 2016. Jayant started their career at Yantrna Systems as an Associate Project Engineer, then moved up to Lead Project Engineer. In 2020, they joined Centium Consulting, first as a Business Analyst, then as a Senior Business Analyst, and finally as a Lead Business Analyst.

Jayant Gadekar attended Muktangan English School and Jr. College, Pune, where they received a Junior College degree. Jayant then went on to Sinhgad Institute Of Management, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Operations Management. Finally, they attended Trinity College of Engineering and Research, Pune, and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2018.
