Marc Maitles is an experienced professional in development and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Development & Project Management at Centersquare since July 2022. Previously, Marc held various leadership roles at Clark Construction Group, including Senior Systems Manager and Senior MEP Manager, and contributed to CPG as a Construction Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Marc's background also includes experience as an MEP Coordinator at DPR Construction, Manager of MEP, Design Build & Project Management at Schneider Electric, and Manager of Commissioning Services at Lee Technologies. Early in the career, Marc served in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate 1st Class, managing and mentoring junior sailors. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
