Tye Minckler, Ed.D., currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton, teaching doctoral students in the EdD program with a focus on financial management in non-profits. As Finance Director for Centers for Spiritual Living, Tye is instrumental in managing finance and accounting operations, emphasizing the virtualization and modernization of processes. Previous roles include Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at the University of Washington Tacoma, where Tye led administrative and financial operations, and Vice President for Finance and Administration at Tarleton State University, overseeing significant capital projects and fiscal management. Tye's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin, University of Washington, and other organizations, backed by a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance from UW Foster School of Business, and a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Washington.
