Karen Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, speaking, and financial education. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Consultant at Korn Ferry since January 2020, Russo also runs The Money Keys, where as a speaker and author, Karen has developed strategic curriculums for business owners and coaches, and is the award-winning author of "The Money Keys" and "Grow Yourself, Grow Your Wealth." Additionally, Russo has been an ordained minister with Centers for Spiritual Living since 2004 and has been actively involved with various organizations, including NAWBO National and eWomenNetwork. Russo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Maryland.
